My first career was in school counseling and mental health counseling - I even have a Master's Degree in that field! However once I discovered the power of taking care of yourself, I've never looked back. I'm still passionate about education and I've spend thousands of hours earning certifications, taking courses and learning best-in-class techniques to bring to my clients.
I'm a mom, wife, animal lover, and I'm extremely family-oriented. My mission is to help my clients feel poured into after every appointment. Quite simply, we deserve it!
