** Deposits & Cancellations **

A $50-250 deposit is required in order to book any appointment and **deposits are non-refundable.** Deposit amounts vary based on service price.

Non-refundable deposits are not meant to be punitive in nature. Late cancellations and no-shows cause a loss of income with no chance to fill the spot; the non-refundable deposit is used only to confirm the same commitment of my clients.

I understand that life happens, and I will gladly reschedule your appointment or apply the deposit to another service as long as I’m given no less than 48 hours’ notice before the appointment time. No shows will result in a complete loss of deposit.

Contact me if you are going to be late. Arriving more than 20 minutes late to your appointment may result in the need to reschedule your appointment, I would reschedule only if I do not have the time you deserve to focus on your result.

I supply before care instructions and require that they are followed. The instructions are not arbitrary and things I ask you to avoid, like alcohol, blood thinners, aspirin and fish oil cause excessive bleeding and poor healed results. You may be turned away and forfeit your deposit if before care instructions are not followed.

I take my time and utilize careful detail to make sure every client is at ease in my studio, with my services. I will not move forward with any appointment until the client and I are 100% satisfied with the pre-drawn, measured area of tattoo and color choice. If, during the consultation phase of your appointment you decide not to proceed, your deposit will be forfeited. However, if you and I mutually agree that we should not proceed, I will refund your full deposit.

Healed results will vary with each individual client. I supply very detailed aftercare instructions, following these instructions will provide the best possible healed result. I have no control over what occurs during the healing process. It is crucial that you follow before and after-care instructions.

I include touch up in pricing. I prefer to schedule your touch-up before you leave after your initial appointment, however, if you don’t schedule before you leave, it is your responsibility to have your included touch-up appointment before 8 weeks have passed. If you do not attend your included touch-up appointment you will forfeit the touch-up. We do have touch-ups and refresh appointment available at reduced pricing.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed and are interested in a cover-up/re-work, you must email us a clear photo prior to booking your appointment. I cannot guarantee results for cases such as these and we must approve that your eyebrows are workable. In some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, tattoo removal will be highly recommended before we begin the cover-up/re-work. If we can work over previous work, it is considered a new appointment.

** Privacy Policy **

It’s your privacy and I respect it. Rest assured, I never, ever under any circumstances share your private information with 3rd parties.

** Before & After Pictures **

I take before & after pictures of all clients. From time to time, I post some of these pictures on our social media.  I never attach my customer names to the photos. Our clients sign allowing us to post pictures, if a client objects, then we will not post the pictures!

** Frequently Asked Questions **

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE FOR MY LASH APPOINTMENT?

Please come to you lash appointment with completely makeup free around your eyes. Bring any inspiration photos preferably from your my portfolio. Please do not drink any caffeine at least 4 hours prior to your lash appointment. Bring headphones to your appointment so you can enjoy your lash nap if you’d like!

WHAT IS THE LASH EXTENSION AFTER CARE?

Lash after care consists washing your lashes daily with an approved lash cleanser, avoiding direct heat (they can melt!), no picking or pulling at your lashes, no mascara on your lashes and no falsies on top of them ever. We highly encourage scheduling regular lash maintenances to maintain the health and integrity of your natural lashes.

HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO COME IN?

Lash maintenances are recommended every 2-3 weeks to keep the health of you natural lashes intact and make sure the extensions stay in top condition.

WHAT IS THE AFTER CARE FOR LIFTS AND LAMINATIONS?

There is minimal after care for both services and the main rule is no heat, steam or water for 24 hours. Avoid sleeping directly on lashes or brows the night of your services. After care products are available to keep brows and lashes hydrated and conditioned throughout the 6-8 weeks post procedure.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE MY POWDER BROW APPOINTMENT?

Preparing for your appointment is just as important for good, healed results as post care. Failure to follow pre-care may result in the inability for us to do your brows the day of your appointment. You coming prepared to you appointment will ultimately mean better healed results and a better overall experience for the process.

2 WEEKS BEFORE:

  • BOTOX: It must be done at least 14 days prior to your appointment. It takes at least that long to settle in the skin and give the final results. Receiving it within 14 days of your appointment will mean you will be asked to reschedule.
  • WAXING: I recommend coming to your appointment with your brows grown out, no need to have them cleaned up before. I will want to see how they grow naturally and I will clean them up for you at your appointment if we need. If you tint your brows, please do so at least 7 days prior.
  • RETIN-A: Please discontinued use of any retinol-a products in the brow area for 2 weeks prior to your appointment.

24 HOURS BEFORE:

To minimize bleeding during the procedure, please avoid any alcohol and excessive caffeine. Blood thinning medications such as Ibuprofen and Advil should also be avoided unless prescribed by a doctor. Avoid fish oil and vitamin E as well to ensure we take all precautions to minimize bleeding.

DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT:

Wash your hair! You won’t be able to get your brows submerged in water for the next 10 days, so wash your hair beforehand to give yourself a few extra days before your next wash!

Avoid exercise. Exercising increases blood flow and will cause excessive bleeding, leading to poor healed results.

Makeup: You are welcome to come to your appointment with or without makeup on. We will be taking lots of photos, so come however you are most comfortable. I will be cleansing your entire brow area, temples and forehead.

Bring your brow makeup. If you have a specific product you love, bring it along so I can see the shade you usually use to fill in your brows

Relax! Feeling nervous is normal. We are going to work together to create the perfect brows for you!

WHAT IS THE AFTER CARE FOR POWDER BROWS?

Right after your appointment your brows may be a bit red and swollen and the pigment will begin to appear darker and warmer as it oxidizes in that first 24 hours. The night of your appointment wash you brows with clean hands and the brow wash provided for you. Day 2-4 wash your brows morning and evening and apply after lotion to them after you pat them dry with a clean towel post cleanse. Day 5-10 wash when you are in the shower and apply lotion 2-3 times daily to keep them hydrated and relieve any itchiness. There may be scabbing and flaky throughout the process and we advise you NOT to pick or scratch as this will alter healed results.

Touch ups are HIGHLY recommended to complete the process as we need to see how you brows heal and the pigment settles. Perfectly touch ups are recommended 6-8 post initial appointment. Once this touch up has happened your brows will be good to go for 12-18months!
